We want you to love your loot, but if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all items are in their original, un-crafted condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
